As someone who has navigated the challenges of depression and anxiety, I've always felt my best following consistent fitness training program.
While I have over 14 years of experience in the fitness realm, including a bodybuilding competition and several powerlifting meets, I have not been without challenges. Having overcome an eating disorder at a young age and having faced numerous setbacks in my own training, I've gained an awareness on just how important it is to take proper care of your physical health and emotional well-being.
It's not just about building strength or achieving flexibility; it’s about building a health connection with our bodies and with ourselves.
As a personal trainer, I've witnessed the tremendous impact that guided training from an empathetic trainer can have on an individual's life. It's more than just a physical transformation—it's about overcoming inner battles and emerging stronger. My commitment is to share these life-changing practices and insights, helping others towards their highest potential.
I eventually came across Stretch Therapy.
Stretch therapy, coupled with a well-rounded training practice, is more than maintaining flexibility or being more mobile; it's also about taking better care of our bodies and enhancing our quality of life. My passion for yoga and experiencing the benefits for myself further reinforced this belief.
